Pattu Moong Split (With Skin) 2kg

Pattu Moong Split with Skin (moong chilka) is split green moong in a 2kg pack. Soak for 30 minutes and cook for a wholesome dal, khichdi, or Gujarati dal. It is also used in dosa and pesarattu batter. It keeps a slightly firmer bite than washed moong. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
