Pattu Moong Masoor Mix is a blend of moong and masoor lentils in a 2kg pack, ready for a quick mixed dal. Rinse and pressure cook without soaking, then temper with ghee, cumin, garlic and chilli. It also makes a wholesome khichdi and soup. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
