Pattu (Masoor Dal) Black Lentils 2kg

Pattu Whole Masoor are whole brown lentils (sabut masoor) in a 2kg pack. Soak for an hour and pressure cook for a hearty masoor dal, a Punjabi-style sabut masoor with onion and tomato, soups or salads. They hold their shape better than split red lentils. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
