Katoomba Mung Beans (Large) are whole green moong in a 1kg pack. Soak overnight and cook for moong dal, moong curry and khichdi, or sprout them for salads, chaat and usal. They also go into pesarattu and dosa batter. A handy pantry staple. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
