Katoomba Broad Beans 1kg

Katoomba Broad Beans are dried fava beans in a 1kg pack. Soak overnight, then simmer until tender. Use them in curries, soups and stews, or mash them for Middle Eastern ful medames. Peeling the skins after soaking gives a smoother texture. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
