Chickpeas Tyson (Kala Chana) 1kg- Pattu

Pattu Kala Chana (Tyson chickpeas) are small brown chickpeas in a 1kg pack, with a nutty taste and firm bite. Soak overnight and pressure cook until soft. Use them for kala chana curry, sundal, chana chaat, ghugni and the Navratri ashtami prasad. Sprouted kala chana also makes a good salad. Store in an airtight container.
