Black Eye Beans 1kg- Pattu

Pattu Black Eye Beans (lobia or chawli) come in a 1kg pack. Soak for six to eight hours, then pressure cook until soft. Use them in Punjabi lobia masala, Gujarati chawli nu shaak, South Indian sundal and salads. They cook faster than most beans. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
