Lajawaab Kitchen Char Goond is edible gum (gond) in a 100g pack. Fry the crystals in ghee until they puff up, then crush and use in gond laddoos, panjiri and winter sweets, especially for new mothers. Gond katira, a different gum, is soaked for summer drinks.
