Udupi (Deep) Idli Rava 907g

Udupi Idli Rava is coarsely ground parboiled rice, made for quick, soft idlis without grinding rice at home. Soak urad dal, grind it smooth, then mix in washed idli rava and leave the batter to ferment overnight before steaming. The same batter makes good dosas and uttapams. Comes in a 907g pack. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
