Pattu Bulgor Fine 1 kg

Pattu Bulgur Fine is finely cracked, par-cooked wheat in a 1kg pack. It only needs soaking in hot water for about 15 minutes, making it ideal for tabbouleh and salads. It also works in upma, dalia, khichdi, kibbeh and stuffings. Fluff with a fork before serving. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
