Indya Jowar Flour 908g

Indya Jowar Flour is sorghum flour, a gluten-free millet with a mild, slightly sweet taste. Use it for jowar bhakri and rotis, thalipeeth and dhebra, or mix with wheat atta for softer flatbreads. Knead with hot water and pat by hand, as the dough has no gluten. Comes in a 908g pack. Store in an airtight container and use within a few weeks.
