Deep Ladu Besan 907g

Deep Ladu Besan is coarse gram flour made for besan laddoos, with a grainy texture that gives laddoos their classic bite. Roast it slowly in ghee until golden and fragrant, cool slightly, then mix in powdered sugar, cardamom and nuts and shape into balls. Also good for Mysore pak and magas. Comes in a 907g pack. Store airtight.
