Deep Kala Chana Besan Flour (Tyson) 907g

Deep Kala Chana Besan is flour ground from black chickpeas (kala chana), with a deeper colour and earthier flavour than regular besan. Use it for pakoras, kadhi, chilla, dhokla and besan laddoo, or as a binder in kebabs and tikkis. It works as a direct swap for regular besan in most recipes. Comes in a 907g pack. Store airtight.
