Deep Bajri Flour 907g

Deep Bajri Flour is pearl millet (bajra) flour, a winter staple in Gujarat and Rajasthan. Use it for bajra rotla served with ghee and jaggery, bhakri, thepla and dhebra, or mix with wheat atta for softer rotis. As bajra has no gluten, knead with warm water and pat the rotlas by hand. Comes in a 907g pack. Store airtight and use within a few weeks.
