Anil Samba Rava 500g

Anil Samba Rava is broken samba wheat, a traditional South Indian grain with a nutty flavour and chewy bite. It cooks into a wholesome upma, pongal or kichadi, and can be used in place of semolina for sweet kesari and payasam. Roast lightly before cooking for better flavour. Comes in a 500g pack. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
